MVP
The first step was to understand the user needs, after some research we knew that the need for meeting was important (outdoor sports practice gathers 20 million French people), we came up with a solution close to a sports Tinder to facilitate the meeting, the MVP was quickly put online and through various channels we reached around 2000 users.
Release
Part of the team worked on finding press coverage in order to gain visibility, and we had articles in GEO Adventure, Maddyness, and various specialized blogs. I had to create visuals to meet various needs (events, press, etc).
Release
With these 2000 users, we have built a community of beta testers on a Facebook group, which has allowed us, on the one hand, to have them test the new features in preview, and on the other hand, to be able to survey them and conduct real user interviews. This has allowed us to quickly evolve towards another version of the application, which is more comprehensive and adventure-oriented.
