Our goal was to make crucial information about available financial aid for their renovation projects accessible to a wide audience. We sought to create a solution that would enable our users to easily understand what aid they may be eligible for, despite the complexity of the subject.

User research and simulator design: We began our project by conducting in-depth research to understand the needs and concerns of our potential users. Through interviews and the creation of a persona, we identified the main obstacles to understanding government incentives for energy renovation. Based on this information, we designed a simulator that synthesizes complex criteria into simple and understandable questions.

Analysis and iterations: After the launch of the simulator, we collected data on its usage and gathered user feedback. This information allowed us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the simulator, as well as aspects that required improvement. We then iterated on the simulator by incorporating this feedback to continuously improve the user experience and ensure that the simulator remains relevant and useful.

Continuous development: Aware that the field of government incentives and energy renovation is constantly evolving, we were able to make several optimizations and adapt to changes in incentives and user needs.
