The main challenge at Total was to be able to quickly switch from one product to another and deliver a concept in one sprint with a business kick-off to understand the needs and expectations.

Thanks to a user-centered approach, we were able to create an Adventurer application that meets the needs of the outdoor sports community. By relying on user feedback and promoting engagement within the community, we have developed an application that continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of its users.

Kick-off : Dans un premier temps un PM et moi recevions les parties prenantes et/ou utilisateurs afin de comprendre ce dont ils avaient besoin, les problématiques auxquelles ils faisaient face et s'il y avait déjà des solutions existantes sur lesquelles capitaliser.


Analyse : Suite au kick-off, nous progressions rapidement en menant des interviews ou en effectuant une analyse des besoins exprimés. Cette démarche nous permettait d'avancer rapidement vers la proposition de solutions sous forme de wireframes, nous faisions divers point d'étape afin de les valider ou de les invalider.


Itération : Lorsque le besoin se faisait ressentir et que les clients/métiers avaient le budget nécessaire nous menions le nombre d'itération nécessaire en vue d'obtenir le produit le plus efficace possible.
